The working principle of float valve:

When the water level drops, the float also drops, and the connecting rod drives the piston pad to open.

The float valve adjusts the liquid supply by controlling the liquid level. The flooded evaporator requires the liquid level to maintain a certain height, and a floating ball expansion valve is generally suitable. The working principle of the floating ball valve is to control the opening or closing of a valve by relying on the lowering and raising of the floating ball in the floating ball chamber by the action of the liquid level. The float chamber is placed on one side of the flooded evaporator, and the upper and lower balance pipes are connected to the evaporator, so the liquid level of the two is the same. When the liquid level in the evaporator drops, the liquid level in the floating ball chamber also drops, so the floating ball drops, and the opening of the valve is increased by lever action to increase the liquid supply. vice versa.

Main features of float valve:

It is a ball without a supporting shaft, and the ball is held by two valve seats in a "floating" state. It is mainly used for cutting, distributing and changing the flow direction of the medium on the pipeline. The floating ball valve mainly has the structural characteristics of seat sealing design, reliable reverse sealing valve sealing rod, fire-proof electrostatic function, automatic pressure relief and locking device.
